The city hands-free

It all began with a stroll through the bustling streets of Paris on a sunny Saturday, when we were faced with a very simple problem: getting our suitcases from one place to another whilst we waited to check in at our hotel. Faced with this situation, we noticed many tourists and travellers, also weighed down by their luggage, desperately looking for somewhere to leave it.

This obvious need hit us like a ton of bricks. This obvious need really struck a chord with us. We wondered how we could make life easier for all these travellers, who want to enjoy the city without constraints and without being weighed down by their belongings. That’s how the idea of a luggage storage facility right in the heart of Paris was born – a safe, accessible and welcoming place where anyone could leave their belongings whilst they go for a visit, a meeting or a spontaneous getaway.

Our project was built around a desire to offer a useful service, designed by travellers for travellers. It was the connections we made, the shared needs we identified, and the desire to make Paris even more welcoming that inspired us to set up our luggage storage service in the heart of the City of Light.
