TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPLETON S.A.S.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PURPOSE<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions govern the hire of LEAVE AND GO lockers (owned by COMPLETON S.A.S.) via the website www.leave-and-go.com, as well as their use. They also define the contractual relationship between COMPLETON S.A.S. (hereinafter \u201cCOMPLETON\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d) and the User who rents the locker service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE SERVICE<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

COMPLETON offers its users the option to hire lockers during the times specified by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available types of luggage storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

COMPLETON offers three types of lockers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Small lockers (S): 45 cm (height) x 50 cm (width) x 85 cm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately two cabin-sized suitcases (55x35x20) and a rucksack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Medium lockers (M): 60 cm (height) x 50 cm (width) x 85 cm (depth). These lockers can hold 1 cabin bag or 1 medium-sized suitcase (65x45x25) or 1 large suitcase (75x50x30) and 1 cabin bag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Large lockers (L): 90 cm (height) x 50 cm (width) x 55 cm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately 3 cabin-sized suitcases, or 1 large suitcase, 1 bag and 1 cabin-sized suitcase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Allowed items in the lockers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Subject to the restrictions set out in the section entitled \u2018User Obligations\u2019, a user may place parcels belonging to them in the rented locker(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Availability of lockers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Users can check the availability of lockers via the website www.leave-and-go.com for their chosen dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rental period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Users may subscribe to the rental service for a minimum period of 1 hour and a maximum of 365 calendar days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Access to lockers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The rental service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Access by third parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Only the User or persons expressly authorised by the User may access the rented locker, under the User\u2019s full responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The deposit fee is the amount stated on the website at the time of booking, and the User may be eligible for any current offers. The prices shown include VAT and relate to the hire of a locker (depending on its size) for the period specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How the lockers work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The lockers offered via COMPLETON are fully automated. The User makes a booking via the website www.leave-and-go.com by providing their personal details, the number of lockers required, their size and the booking period. Once the booking has been made, the User receives a confirmation email stating the locker number(s) allocated and the security access codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of a malfunction, jam or any other issue whilst using the locker, the User may contact the COMPLETON support service by telephone on 06 60 28 73 68 or by email at contact@leave-and-go.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Changing or cancelling a booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The User may amend or cancel their booking provided they make the request at least 24 hours before the start date of the booked service and provided that the booking is not part of a non-refundable promotional offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Access and booking<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    To be eligible to hire COMPLETON lockers, the User must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Be at least 18 years of age or, for minors aged 16 to 17, have the express consent of their legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Please complete the fields on the booking form truthfully and accurately (surname, first name, telephone number, email address, booking dates, number and size of lockers, payment details).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Accept these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Accept the Privacy Policy of COMPLETON S.A.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Once the booking has been finalised, the User will receive an email confirmation stating the locker number(s) allocated, the dates booked and the access codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Right of withdrawal<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

      In accordance with Article L. 221-28(12) of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services which are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Consequently, any locker booking for a specific date is firm and final, subject to the cancellation terms set out in the \u2018The Service\u2019 section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      User rights<\/strong><\/td>The rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction, erasure and data portability, in accordance with the terms set out below.<\/td><\/tr>
      Supervisory authority<\/strong><\/td>You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).<\/td><\/tr>

      The User warrants that all information provided at the time of booking is true, accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The personal data collected is used for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Manage the booking and fulfil the resulting contractual obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To send marketing communications by email, subject to the User\u2019s prior consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manage the video surveillance system on the premises in accordance with current regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        COMPLETON S.A.S. does not carry out any international data transfers and does not make any automated decisions regarding the information provided by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In order to exercise your rights (right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability) or if you have any questions regarding the protection of your data, please contact COMPLETON S.A.S. at: contact@leave-and-go.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        User obligations \u2013 Restrictions on the use of lockers<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        By subscribing to the COMPLETON locker rental service, the User undertakes, in particular, to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Use the storage facilities only to leave items that belong to you, to be kept temporarily in a safe place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Make sure the locker has been properly locked after each use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Not to use the lockers for any illegal or unauthorised purposes, including storing stolen goods, drugs or any other items whose possession or trafficking is illegal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not leave items that require a licence or authorisation to possess (e.g. weapons) without having the relevant authorisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Don't put any contaminating or hazardous materials (flammable objects, hazardous substances, etc.) in the lockers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not use the lockers to store animals or any living creatures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not bring in any unpackaged food that might spill, stain the lockers or cause odours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not disclose your security code to any third party; you are fully liable for any breach of this obligation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not use the lockers as a means of transferring goods between third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Enter the premises and remain there only for the time necessary to manage your locker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Please do not eat or drink inside the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Return the equipment in the same condition as when you collected it and report any issues to contact@leave-and-go.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Please do not take photographs or videos inside the COMPLETON premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Do not place cash, jewellery, electronic devices (tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or other items of particular value in the lockers; you are solely responsible for this decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          CONSEQUENCES AND THE USER\u2019S LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF BREACHES<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          Failure to comply with the rental period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          If the hire period is exceeded, COMPLETON will remove the items left on the premises in order to arrange for their return to the User, the cost of which will be borne entirely by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If, after a period of fifteen (15) days, the User has not been in contact and has not collected their belongings, these will be deemed to have been abandoned. COMPLETON will draw up a joint inventory of the items and will be entitled to dispose of them in accordance with the applicable legislation, following written notification sent to the User at their last known address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For each day that has elapsed since the expiry of the rental period without the locker(s) having been vacated, a penalty equivalent to the daily rate for the locker in question shall be payable, together with a fixed compensation of \u20ac150, without prejudice to COMPLETON S.A.S.\u2019s right to claim damages for any actual loss suffered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The applicable shipping costs for returning parcels are as follows: \u20ac25 per parcel for domestic shipments, \u20ac50 per parcel for shipments to a European Union member state, and \u20ac150 per parcel for shipments outside the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Violation of the rules of use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          COMPLETON S.A.S. reserves the right to remove any item that does not comply with the regulations governing the use of the lockers. Where necessary, COMPLETON S.A.S. may call upon the police and report the User\u2019s behaviour to the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          In all cases, the collection of prohibited items will result in a penalty of \u20ac150, which does not exempt the User from the obligation to compensate for any actual damage or loss caused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Damage to lockers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The User shall be fully liable for any damage or deterioration caused to the lockers as a result of misuse or improper use. The User shall compensate COMPLETON S.A.S. for any material damage suffered as well as for any loss of earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          A penalty equivalent to the daily rent for each day that the locker remains unusable will be payable, as well as the costs of repair or replacement, estimated at \u20ac1,000 in the event of replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Terms and conditions for the payment of penalties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The penalties referred to herein shall be paid by the User via the payment method used when subscribing to the service. The User will first receive written notification of the amount due and the reason for the charge, with a period of eight (8) days to dispute it. The User expressly consents to this procedure, without prejudice to their right to dispute the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          COMPLETON S.A.S. bonds<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          COMPLETON undertakes to keep the locker service operational and to provide the User, for the duration of the contract, with the locker(s) to which they have subscribed, in good working order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          COMPLETON is also committed to resolving any issues that may arise whilst using the lockers as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Limitation of liability by COMPLETON S.A.S.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          COMPLETON offers a service for renting storage space in lockers. The User is responsible for the items they store in the rented lockers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Luggage stored in the lockers is covered by insurance taken out by COMPLETON up to a maximum value of \u20ac1,500.00 per locker, subject to the presentation of supporting documents and the exclusion of prohibited items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          This cover reimburses the customer for damage and\/or loss directly attributable to COMPLETON, as well as in the event of proven theft by third parties, up to the aforementioned limit, provided that the luggage is in the locker allocated at the time of booking and that the locker is locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The insurance cover does not apply to the following items: precious stones, precious metals, watches, plasma or LCD screens, satellite navigation systems, mobile phones, computers, tablets, jewellery, cash, glass, porcelain, works of art, antiques, documents, films, tapes, discs, memory cards or any other data storage media, nor to damage to handles or wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The COMPLETON premises are equipped with an alarm system linked to the local authorities, a private security service and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Any complaint regarding the condition of items left in storage must be made within eight (8) working days of the date and time the luggage was collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Complaints<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          In the event of any dispute or complaint, the User may contact COMPLETON S.A.S. at the following address: contact@leave-and-go.com. COMPLETON undertakes to deal with the complaint and to seek an amicable resolution as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If no satisfactory response is received within 60 days, the User may refer the matter free of charge to the relevant Consumer Ombudsman, whose contact details are available on the website www.leave-and-go.com or upon request to contact@leave-and-go.com, in accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. and L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Users may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable settlement or mediation, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the French courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
