LEAVE AND GO is a brand operated by COMPLETON S.A.S offering a service of automated baggage check-in, allowing users to deposit and collect their personal belongings autonomously.

The service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance operations, technical incidents or cases of force majeure.

5. Access to the service

Access to the service is conditional:

• in compliance with the general conditions of use and sale,
• to comply with the safety instructions posted on-site and online,
• in the absence of the deposit of prohibited, dangerous or illicit objects.

COMPLETON S.A.S reserves the right to refuse access to the service in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

6. Responsibility

COMPLETON S.A.S strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site.

However, liability cannot be incurred in the following cases:

• of unintentional errors or omissions,
• temporary unavailability of the Site or the service,
• non-compliant use of the instructions,
• damages resulting from a case of force majeure.

Users remain solely responsible for the contents of their luggage.
